How this planner works

1

Define your rhythm

Choose a preset like 3x per week, or pick exact days. Think about when your audience is most active and when you can realistically create. A slower pace you can stick with beats a fast pace you abandon after two weeks.

2

See the full picture

The calendar shows every posting day across your chosen weeks. Each day lists your selected platforms so you know exactly what to prepare. Scroll through the list view for a quick checklist.

3

Take it with you

Copy the schedule, print it, or export it as a text file. Save your setup in the browser so you can come back and adjust. Share a link with a collaborator that loads your exact plan on their screen.

Common mistakes to avoid

  • Overcommitting. Starting with daily posts when you have never posted more than once a week is a fast path to burnout. Begin with a cadence you can sustain for at least a month.
  • Platform overload. Adding every platform at once spreads your energy thin. Pick one or two to start. Add more once the habit is solid.
  • No buffer days. If you plan to post on Monday, have the content ready by Friday. Building in prep days keeps the schedule realistic.
  • Ignoring the note field. Use it to jot down content themes, batching days, or reminders. It is saved with your plan and shows up in exports.

Assumptions and limits

This planner assumes one post per platform per scheduled day. If you post three times a day on TikTok, you will still see one entry. Add extra items manually in your own notes. The calendar does not connect to any platform. It is a planning surface, not an auto-poster. All data stays in your browser unless you export it.

Questions people ask

Can I use this without an internet connection?

Once the page loads, everything works offline. Your data never leaves your browser.

Does this connect to my social accounts?

No. This is a planning worksheet only. It does not log in to any platform or publish content.

How do I share my schedule with a teammate?

Click Share Link. It copies a URL with your settings encoded in it. When your teammate opens it, they see your exact plan.

Can I save multiple plans?

The planner saves one plan at a time in your browser. If you need multiple plans, export each as a text file and store them on your device.

What happens if I change the start date?

The calendar rebuilds from the new date. Your platform choices and cadence stay the same.

Is there a limit on the number of weeks?

You can plan up to 52 weeks at once. For most projects, 4 to 8 weeks is a good range to start.
